Surrendered Leadership is an invite into surrender, leadership and the depths of our interconnectedness. Opening to yourself and that which is greater than yourself. Stepping into the unknown and being in presence together.

For many people, Surrendered Leadership is a paradigm shift. It paradoxically guides us into deeper leadership of ourselves and others by counterintuitively stepping further into surrender. 

We don't often receive the message from the world around us that to be an inspiring leader we can open to our internal depths, become more present, listen to others deeply and be guided by the embodied aliveness within and around us.

Surrender is not about giving up what matters most, but quite the contrary. It is a turning towards, an opening, a participation, and a letting go into a deeper sensing of our experience. It is learning to flow with life, trust who we are, and more humbly follow a deeper truth, goodness, and beauty.

Surrendered Leadership acknowledges the reality that we are always in leadership. We are always making decisions that impact ourselves and those around us. We can become more skilful communicators, clarify our visions, refine our needs and desires, temper our passions, and become artful in supporting the transformation of others.  If we accept the responsibility of leadership in the deepest possible way, we must accept the invitation into our next surrender—again and again and again. This is because it is in surrender that we discover authentic leadership.
